A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. After my IVF treatments hadn’t succeeded, I was left feeling glum about the next 20 years of my life.
I was the solo mum of one and had always dreamed of having two kids. I was also feeling burned out from working as a therapist
I wondered: What now? It was a difficult time, and I struggled to imagine a future that felt fulfilling and joyful.
It was during this period of uncertainty that I decided to revisit acting. I enrolled in an acting class, unsure of what I was looking for but hoping to reignite a spark of joy.
What I found was transformative. Acting reminded me of the aliveness I had been missing—the joy of play, the flow of creativity, and the power of being fully present in the moment.
This experience also connected me to something deeper: the ways in which therapy and acting intersect. Both require courage, emotional connection, and an ability to stay grounded in the present.
As a Gestalt therapist, I had spent years helping others navigate their emotions and connect with themselves. I realized I could bring this same perspective to acting, creating a space where actors could explore, grow, and unlock their fullest potential
Now, as an acting coach, I draw on my own journey to help others navigate theirs. I know what it feels like to doubt yourself, to search for meaning, and to long for a sense of flow and fulfillment.
Acting can provide that, and I’m passionate about helping others discover it for themselves.
Whether you’re preparing for an audition, struggling to connect with a character, or seeking to grow as an artist, I offer coaching that meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to be. Together, we’ll unlock the power of your emotions, body, and voice to create performances that resonate deeply.
